Plans for This Blog

After 12 years in software companies across roles, industries, countries, and languages, I have some thoughts and learnings I'd like put down. Even if noone reads any of these posts, it will be worth it to collect and organize my thoughts. For the most part, up to now these thoughts have stayed in private conversations, company wikis, etc, but I'd like to bring some topics to a more public space that I can take with me. Currently I have drafts and outlines for posts on the following themes:

• Hiring practices for software engineers
• Software development practices

Maybe some less professionally relevent stuff will make it here, too. It is a personal site afterall
